India, Oct. 29 -- A low-pressure system over the Arabian Sea, combined with westerly winds, is severely impacting Nepal's weather, bringing heavy rainfall and continuous snowfall. On October 28, 2025, the Nepal Tourism Board issued a safety advisory for mountaineers, trekkers, and tour operators in the Himalayan region due to the inclement conditions.
