India, May 17 -- On May 18, 2025, those in Malaysia are in for a treat - the country is raising a toast to International Museum Day by facilitating ticket-free entries to 19 museums under the Malaysian Museums Department (JMM). It's a plus that May 18 falls on a Sunday - an out-of-office day - when locals and tourists can delight in Malaysia's vibrant culture and heritage.

The list of ticket-free museums includes popular tourist attractions such as the National Museum, the National Automobile Museum (Sepang), the Bujang Valley Archaeological Museum (Kedah), and the Malaysia Architecture Museum (Melaka).
