India, April 25 -- Sweden native Bjorn Frantzenhad his career all mapped out as a professional footballer, having even been signed by one of the country's top clubs, AIK. However, an injury at the age of 19 forced him to pivot and reconsider his future. Inspired by "one remarkable meal" he had at a brasserie in Stockholm, he chose instead to carve out a path in the culinary world. Today, the renowned chef is celebrated for his contemporary interpretation of Nordic cuisine.
