India, April 14 -- Delhi Airport's Terminal 2, also called T2, will temporarily close for renovations on April 15, 2025. On the same day, all T2 flights will be shifted to Terminal 1 (T1), which will officially become the biggest domestic terminal in India after its renovations.

The Indira Gandhi International Airport is the busiest in India and operates three terminals, with Terminal 2 scheduled for refurbishment. Terminals 1 and 2 of Delhi Airport mainly serve domestic operations, while Terminal 3 is an integrated terminal handling international and domestic flights.
