India, March 26 -- Aiming to boost tourism and cultural exchange, China is easing travel restrictions to welcome more Indian citizens with simplified visa rules. As of March 17, 2025, the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in India had already issued over 50,000 visas to Indian travellers, and there is the expectation of continued growth following the implementation of simplified visa rules.
