India, April 28 -- Singapore Airlines has long been a leader in enhancing the culinary experiences of its passengers. Twenty-six years ago, the airline established an International Culinary Panel featuring some of the biggest names from the world of gastronomy, including India's very own maestro, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
The Master Chef has infused the Singapore Airlines menu with Indian flavours, ensuring a delicious and lasting impression. He has revamped the Shahi Thali for First-class and Suites passengers, while the Ruchi Thali is designed for Business-Class travellers. Although Indian cuisine is available for all passengers, the Padma Shri awardee crafts these two thalis with special care and attention to flavour.
