India, Aug. 26 -- AirAsia is reminding travellers to plan ahead this week as Malaysia gears up for its 68th National Day. There will be a temporary closure of airspace over the Kuala Lumpur Terminal Control Area from August 26 to 28, 2025, (11 am to 12 pm) and again on August 29 and 31 (8:45 am to 9:45 am) to make way for rehearsals and the big flypast in Putrajaya. With the long weekend looming, check-in, security and immigration queues are likely to be busier than usual.
