India, Nov. 21 -- If you've ever wished your long-haul curry came with a side of Seoul-style prawns or a pan-Asian detour, Air India has clearly heard you. The airline has rolled out a new global in-flight menu with a full refresh spanning Indian heirloom recipes, international favourites and geo-specific dishes.
And, it is now available on most international ex-India routes (think Delhi-London Heathrow, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto and Dubai; Mumbai and Bengaluru-San Francisco; and Mumbai-New York), with the rest of its global and domestic network to follow.
