New Delhi, April 18 -- The International President of the Vishva Hindu Parishad and senior lawyer Alok Kumar has expressed concern today over murders, riots, arson, violence, looting, and large-scale migration incidents that took place in Murshidabad, West Bengal.

He stated that while protests occur nationwide, why are violence and attacks on Hindus happening on such a large scale only in Bengal?

While demanding a probe by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) into the entire incident in Murshidabad , Kumar said that organisation were being prevented from coming forward to assist the Hindu community forced to live in relief camps in Malda.
