India, Jan. 5 -- US Vice President JD Vance's residence in Cincinnati was attacked early Monday, with several windows smashed. Vance, who was in Washington DC at the time, has thanked the Secret Service and local police for their swift response, which led to a suspect being taken into custody.
In the early hours of Monday, an individual attacked the Vice President's home in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood. The assailant used a hammer to break several windows in an attempted break-in. Secret Service agents stationed at the residence, along with Cincinnati Police, responded immediately. Authorities have one suspect in custody.
