India, Jan. 5 -- Donald Trump has been vowing, over and over again to make use of Venezuela's oil reserves, proposing that the US could run the country until a stable government comes into power. The plan is to invite American oil companies to invest billions of dollars in order to revive the largely untapped resources in the nation.
