India, Nov. 4 -- London (PAMedia/dpa) - Skipping breakfast or another meal while fasting does not slow down thinking skills, scientists say. Intermittent fasting, which involves not eating for several consecutive hours each day, has become increasingly popular, with many people choosing an eight or 10-hour window for consuming meals. A new study published by the American Psychological Association has found the eating pattern is unlikely to cloud most adults' thinking in the short term.
