India, Feb. 19 -- Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra arrived in Guwahati today for a two-day visit aimed at strengthening the party ahead of the upcoming Assam Assembly elections, likely to be held in April 2026. Her visit comes at a time when the Assam Congress is facing internal disagreements and organisational challenges.
