India, Jan. 29 -- The final rites of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar will take place today, Thursday, at around 11 A.M. The ceremony will be held at the Vidya Pratishthan Grounds in Baramati.

Before the funeral, his mortal remains will be kept at his home in Katewadi, Baramati, so people can pay their last respects. After that, the body will be moved by ambulance to the G.D. Madgulkar Auditorium. The funeral procession will start from the auditorium at 9 A.M. and will end at the Vidya Pratishthan Grounds.
