Jammu, Aug. 15 -- Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta on Friday unfurled the national flag at Leh's historic Polo Ground to mark the 79th Independence Day, paying rich tributes to the armed forces and vowing to take every section of society along in the Union Territory's development journey.
