India, Jan. 4 -- The US abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has brought into focus an international debate that transcends politics and individuals. It has brought international law into sharp focus. The international order has been based on certain constraints of forceful power that were codified in the UN Charter since 1945.
