India, Jan. 24 -- Abdul Majid Hakeem Ilahi, who represents Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said he hopes conditions in Iran and across the Middle East will improve. He blamed international sanctions for Iran's economic difficulties and said outside forces are making the crisis worse.

Speaking to ANI news agency, Ilahi said, "Actually we hope that the situation will be good.
