India, Jan. 8 -- Congress on Thursday targeted the Narendra Modi government over the foreign policy with United States saying over President Donald Trump pushing a Bill that will impose vast new sanctions on India for its trade and other ties with Russia saying bilateral relations are going through "very turbulent times" and there is undoubtedly a 'new abnormal' in the relationship.
Congress general secretary and communications incharge Jairam Ramesh in a post on X, said, "Indo-US relations are going through very turbulent times in spite of the PM being among the first to land up in the White House during Trump 2.0."
