Poonch, July 30 -- In a decisive response to yet another infiltration attempt from across the border, the Indian Army on Tuesday foiled a major infiltration grid along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Digwar sector of Poonch district, killing two terrorists in the process.

According to Army sources, Operation Shivshakti was launched after troops observed suspicious movement of two individuals near the forward area. The infiltration attempt was swiftly countered by alert soldiers deployed along the LoC.

The Indian Army, in an official post on X (formerly Twitter), confirmed, "In a successful anti-infiltration operation, alert troops of the #IndianArmy eliminated two terrorists attempting to infiltrate across the Line of Control. Swift acti...
