India, July 12 -- In a shocking and bizarre incident, a man bit off his wife's nose during a quarrel over a loan repayment issue in Mantaraghatta village, Channagiri taluk of Davangere district, Karnataka.
The victim, Vidya (30), suffered severe injuries after her husband Vijay bit off the front portion of her nose during the altercation. The incident reportedly occurred after the couple had a heated argument over the repayment of a Rs.2 lakh loan.
According to reports, Vijay became angry during the argument, verbally abused Vidya, and attacked her. During the scuffle, Vidya fell to the ground, and Vijay bit off her nose.
Locals intervened to stop the fight and rushed Vidya to the nearby Channagiri Government Hospital for primary treatme...
