India, Jan. 14 -- A severe cold wave continued to grip Gurugram on Wednesday as the city recorded a minimum temperature of 0.8 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). This kept Gurugram among the coldest places in North India.

People are still struggling with the bitter winter, especially after the city touched 0.6 degrees Celsius on Monday, its lowest temperature in nearly 50 years. The chill was so intense that Gurugram became colder than several famous hill stations.
