New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Congress on Friday hit back at the government after US President Donald Trump said that USAID worth $21 million was given to India for voter turnout and it aimed to bring different party to power saying the entire narrative has been planned to divert attention from their own sins of using foreign funds to destabilize grand old party governments in India, including the UPA.
Congress also dared the BJP-led government at the Centre to bring rhe white paper on the same.
