India, Nov. 27 -- Congress on Thursday held the meeting to discuss the reasons for a poor show in Bihar assembly polls where many candidates alleged the Rs 10,000 transferred to women just during polls in violation of model code of conduct and also the special intensive revision of voter rolls due to which many voters were left out, sources said.
While some candidates also alleged that many tickets were sold and also how the change of the Bihar Congress chief Akhilesh Prasad Singh being removed from the post just right months ahead of the polls.
