India, Oct. 31 -- The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday released its 25-point manifesto for the Bihar Assembly elections, pledging an employment-driven development push anchored in job creation, women's empowerment, and large-scale investment in agriculture, health, and infrastructure.
BJP national president JP Nadda and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar jointly launched the manifesto in Patna, calling it a "vision document for a developed and self-reliant Bihar."
