India, Feb. 12 -- 8th Pay Commission: Government employees across India are eagerly anticipating the rollout of the 8th Pay Commission. The central government has set up a dedicated committee to draft recommendations for salary revisions. Once these recommendations are approved, the new pay scales will come into effect.
