MANDI, March 8 -- THE organiser of Holy event, which is being organised every year at Seri Manch in Mandi has cancelled the programme in the face of threat of Corona Virus.
The festival of colours is celebrated one day advance in Mandi and a local organiser has been providing a common platform to revellers playing Holi at Seri Manch since 2003.
This programme is very famous among residents of Mandi as a large number of them, especially thousands of young girls and boys, assemble every year to play Holi and dance on the drum beats.
Programmes by DJs are organised at the Seri Manch, giving them a chance to dance.
