SHIMLA, Oct. 30 -- A spokesperson for the Higher Education Department said here on Wednesday that the dates for online students' registration and submission of applications forms on National Scholarship Portal (NSP) under the Central and state-sponsored scholarship schemes for 2019-20 has been extended till December 31, 2019, whereas the defective verification and institute verification will be open till January 15, 2020.
