LAHORE, April 20 -- Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that he would ask former Finance Minister Asad Umar to continue serving the country as a member of the federal cabinet.
Addressing a press conference, he said that it was Imran Khan prerogative to change any members of his team.
Rashid said that a minister whom he never imagined would be asked to leave was left out after the cabinet reshuffle.
He said that only one minister was sacked while Asad Umar resigned. Expressing his confidence in Imran Khan's ability to run the country, Rashid said that the captain is taking time to set his team.
Rashid said that Imran would complete his five-year term.
