Nigeria, May 12 -- After months of heightened tensions and an escalating tariff war, the United States and China have made significant strides toward resolving their trade conflict.
Following two days of high-level negotiations in Geneva, both nations agreed to establish a formal trade consultation mechanism to improve communication and reduce future disputes.
Although the finer details of the agreement have not yet been disclosed, officials on both sides confirmed that the discussions led to major progress in areas such as trade imbalances, tariff enforcement, and economic cooperation.
