NIGERIA, Nov. 27 -- Formalized via a fresh Memorandum of Understanding, the cooperation aims to support the nation in meeting increasing international standards and safeguard billions of dollars in agricultural export value threatened by more stringent global rules.



Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, noted that the project represents a turning point for Nigeria's global food market competitiveness.
