Dhaka, Jan. 25 -- Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited made a 1-1 draw with Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday.

Mohammedans led the first half 1-0.

Sheikh Russel's defender Sohel Rana touched the ball at the D-box of Sheikh Russel in the injury time of the first half. Thus the referee awarded a penalty for the black-and-white out-fit. Mohammedans foreign recruit Solomon put his team ahead by a spot-kick.

After the lemon-break, Sheikh Russel's Brazilian recruit Lopez leveled the margin by a spectacular header in the 56th minute of the match.

Sheikh Russel got another chance in the 84th minute of the clash. But Sheikh Russel's Nigerian Recruit Obi failed to put the ball into the blank net....
