Dhaka, Jan. 23 -- Bangladesh clinched the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-West Indies ODI series 2-0 after thrashing the Caribbeans by seven wickets in the second One Day International (ODI) match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city's Mirpur on Friday.

Electing to bat first, the visitors scored 148 runs in 43.4 overs.

In reply, the home team coasted home making 149 runs for the loss of three wickets only with 100 balls to spare. The third and last ODI match between Bangladesh and West Indies will be held at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on January 25.
