Srinagar, Sept. 13 -- - Eight persons were injured on Monday in a collision between two vehicles in Seer Hamdan area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district.

Official sources said that Taveera vehicle (JK22-8298) and a Load Carrier (JK03D-7529) collided with each other in Seer Hamdan area of the district, resulting in injuries to eight persons, according to news agency GNS.

The injured persons were shifted to SDH Hospital Seer, where from four of them were referred to GMC Anantnag for specialized treatment, they said.

Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed accident and said that investigation in this regard are underway.
