KUPWARA, May 18 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said the administration is working on a comprehensive plan to seek the Centre's help to rehabilitate residents affected by Pakistan's shelling.

He was interacting with local residents during his visit to border areas of the Tangdhar sector. Lieutenant Governor assured them of all assistance and support by the administration.

During his visit, he took an assessment of the damage caused by recent unprovoked heavy shelling by Pakistan.
