Srinagar, June 24 -- A daily-wage worker associated with the Power Development Department (PDD) lost his life recently after falling from an electric pole in the Imoh Achabal area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district. He was carrying out repair work when the incident occurred, and despite efforts to save him, the injuries proved fatal. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred.
