Bengaluru, April 15 -- A 38-year-old woman was brutally assaulted by a group of men in Bengaluru after her husband lodged a complaint against her at a local mosque over a domestic issue. The incident, which occurred outside the Jama Masjid in Tavarekere on April 9, was caught on camera and widely shared on social media, triggering public outrage.

The victim, identified as Shabina Banu, who works as a house help, was allegedly attacked with sticks and pipes, sustaining serious injuries.
