New Delhi, June 9 -- In a shocking twist to the death of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi during his honeymoon in Meghalaya, police have arrested his wife, Sonam, for allegedly hiring contract killers to murder him.

According to police, Sonam was found unconscious at a roadside dhaba in Ghazipur on Saturday night. After being taken to Ghazipur Medical College for treatment, she surrendered before police and was taken into custody.

Meghalaya DGP Idashisha Nongrang confirmed that three other accused have also been arrested - one in Uttar Pradesh and two in Indore. All three allegedly confessed to being hired by Sonam to carry out the killing.
