Srinagar, July 10 -- Western disturbance has hit Kashmir, bringing down the temperature to below normal levels.
Srinagar recorded 22.7degC temperatureon Wednesday, which is 8.0degC below normal (BN). Qazigund recorded 23.1degC, which is 5.5degC BN. Likewise, Pahalgam recorded 20.5degC (5.7degC BN); Kupwara, 23.8degC (7.3degC BN); Kokernag, 23.9degC (4.1degC BN), and Gulmarg, 15.6degC (6.2degC BN).
It is after a long bout of heatwave that Kashmir is witnessing a below-normal temperature.
