SRINAGAR, June 2 -- Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, took stock of the Eid-al-Adha preparations during a meeting with government representatives from different departments in Srinagar today.

In addition to the government officers, the meeting was attended by Board officers and prominent religious scholars. The role of the Power Department, Jal Shakti Department, Health Services Department, Police, Traffic Police, Consumer Affairs Department, Legal Metrology Department, Lakes & Waterways Department, etc., was discussed.
