Srinagar, Nov. 27 -- A fresh spell of intense cold tightened its grip over Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Wednesday night, with most places in the Valley recording sharp overnight temperature drops, as per data compiled by Kashmir Weather.
In Kashmir, several stations remained below the freezing point. Srinagar settled at -4.4degC, while Shopian recorded one of the lowest temperatures at -6.5degC. Pulwama and Baramulla followed closely at -5.8degC, Pampore at -5.5degC, and Anantnag at -5.7degC. Srinagar Airport registered -5.2degC, and Pahalgam touched -5.0degC.
Other stations included Budgam (-4.6degC), Bandipora (-4.5degC), Awantipora (-4.0degC), Sonamarg (-4.0degC), Ganderbal (-3.3degC), Qazigund (-4.0degC), and Kokernag (-1.6degC).Gu...
