Srinagar, April 12 -- Srinagar Police has launched a QR code-based feedback system named BHAROSA QR, aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and public trust in policing.

Citizens can scan QR codes placed at police stations, offices, bus stops, markets, and key institutions to submit feedback on police behavior, responsiveness, and service delivery. The feedback process is quick, anonymous, and accessible to all.

Additionally, feedback can be shared via a dedicated WhatsApp number: 8899112888, through text, voice messages, photos, or videos.

A dedicated cell at the SSP Srinagar office will monitor the input for action on complaints and acknowledgment of positive conduct.
