Srinagar, Oct. 14 -- In a major breakthrough against narcotics trafficking, the Court of Special Judge NDPS, Srinagar, on Tuesday convicted two notorious drug smugglers and sentenced them to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.1 lakh each.

Mudasir Sultan Bhat @ Majid, son of Mohd. Sultan, resident of Sir Syed Abad Sector-1 Bemina, Srinagar, and Feroz Ahmad Khan @ Jaja, son of Ab. Samad Khan, resident of Muslim Abad Nundareshi Colony, Bemina, Srinagar in Case FIR No. 19/2021 U/S 8/22, 29 NDPS Act, 420, 468, 471 IPC of Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir (ANTF Kashmir).
