SRINAGAR, March 13 -- Dr. Owais Ahmed (IAS), Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting focused on the National Clean Air Program (NCAP). The meeting, held at the SMC Headquarters, was attended by the Joint Commissioner (Adm) SMC, Joint Commissioner Works, Superintending Engineer (Drainage), the Divisional Forest Officer (SMC), and Executive Engineers from the Roads & Buildings (R&B) Department, among others.
