GANDERBAL, May 19 -- In a remarkable initiative aimed at fostering student safety, resilience and civic responsibility, the NSS Unit of Government Degree College Ganderbal, in collaboration with the Department of Physical Education & Sports, organized a one day awareness programme on Self and Civil Defence. The initiative was designed to impart essential self-defence techniques and civil preparedness skills, enabling the participants to respond effectively to emergencies and contribute proactively towards community safety.
