BANDIPORA, May 31 -- In a significant step towards promoting sustainable livelihoods and exploring alternative sources of income, Department of Ayush, J&K, on Saturday, organized a day-long seminar on 'Scope of Entrepreneurship in Cultivation of Medicinal Plants' at the Mini Secretariat, Bandipora.

The seminar was aimed at creating awareness among farmers, youth, and entrepreneurs about the potential of medicinal plant cultivation in Jammu & Kashmir's unique agro-climatic conditions.The event was organized under the aegis of the State Medicinal Plants Board, Directorate of Ayush J&K, in collaboration with the District Ayush Office Bandipora.
