SRINAGAR, May 13 -- Following the suspension of hostilities between India and Pakistan, schools and colleges across Kashmir valley-except those in border regions-reopened on Tuesday.The reopening follows a week-long closure prompted by heightened tensions along the Line of Control, which led to precautionary shutdowns of educational institutions.Following the reopening of educational institutes in non-border districts of Jammu and Kashmir, School Education Department Tuesday said that all schools in the border districts shall reopen on Wednesday except for those falling in the proximity of border zones.Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) said, "All government and private schools of zone Gurez shall remain closed tomorrow on May-14...
