SRINAGAR, July 4 -- Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today co-chaired a high-level review meeting at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
