JAMMU, June 19 -- BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh today addressed a Chaupal in Pargwal sector of Jammu North Assembly at Purkhoo, attended by citizens from four border villages, as part of the nation-wide "Sankalp Se Siddhi" outreach commemorating 11 years of Modi Government.
