Srinagar, Feb. 7 -- Leading pulmonologist Dr. Naveed Nazir Shah on Friday said that the digital revolution is essential, but mobile phone usage must be regulated, especially among children and elders.

Talking to media persons in Srinagar, leading pulmonologist of India, Dr. Naveed Nazir, said mobile addiction is draining our minds while parents must regulate children's screen time to monitor their mobile activity.

Dr. Naveed said, "I don't think we will come out of this digital revolution. It has become necessary as we see the internet is used for official work, studies, and offices. It has an important role as far as the digital world is concerned, so that is why we can't take it out of our lives."
