Srinagar, April 20 -- Parliamentary Committee on Home Affairs will embark on six day visit of Jammu and Kashmir from April 26.

J&K government has appointed 15 Liaison officers for a scheduled visit. "Given the upcoming visit of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs to Jammu and Kashmir, the government has appointed 25 officers as Liaison Officers across both Jammu and Kashmir divisions to facilitate the proceedings," the government order said.

The officers, drawn from various departments and ranks, have been tasked with coordinating and assisting the committee during its multi-day engagement across the region.
